Our Mission

Our goal is to be the most accurate and useful English-language resource for anyone considering renting, buying, or relocating to Da Nang. We cover the topics that matter most to our readers: property prices, visa rules, foreign ownership law, neighbourhood comparisons, and the practical realities of daily life.

We exist to help people make better-informed decisions — not to generate traffic for its own sake.

Editorial Independence

DaNangBeachfront.com editorial content is produced independently of our commercial relationships. Advertisers, affiliate partners, and property agents listed on the site have no influence over editorial content.

We do not accept payments to write positive reviews or list specific properties.
Properties featured in editorial content (guides, neighbourhood pages) are selected by editors, not advertisers.
Affiliate links to hotel booking platforms are marked with clear disclosure. Editorial recommendations are not influenced by the presence of affiliate links.
When we are uncertain whether information is accurate, we say so and explain why.

Research Process

Our content production follows a consistent process:

Primary source research

We verify key facts — visa rules, foreign ownership quotas, property tax rates — directly against Vietnamese government sources: Ministry of Justice legal documents, Ministry of Construction circulars, and official LURC (land use right certificate) regulations. We do not rely solely on secondary sources or hearsay.

Publication

Content is published with a "Last reviewed" date. All guides include a note about what sources were used and when they were checked.

Ongoing updates

We review key guides every six months as a minimum. Visa policy changes and significant regulatory announcements trigger immediate reviews. Rental prices are checked quarterly against live market data.

Content We Do Not Publish

Corrections
